Fargesia robusta

Robusta is a very tall and fast Fargesia with yellowish culms.  It stands more erect and handles the sun better than most Fargesia and is from Sichuan Province, China, where it grows at elevations over 8000 feet.  The leaf sheaths are white and slow to drop making a two tone appearance of the culms.  Large clumps of robusta are stunning.  (1 gallon $37.00, 2 gallon $52.00, 3 gallon $74.00, 5 gallon $95.00, 7 gallon $115.00)
