Umbrella Bamboo is similar to Fargesia nitidia but with greenish yellow culms. It is a very hardy bamboo which grows at elevations above 10 000 feet in china. This bamboo grows in a clump and spreads very slowly.  Murielae flowers every 120 years or so and recently flowered in the 1990's so it should be another 100 or so years before it flowers again.  (1 gallon $37.00, 2 gallon $52.00, 3 gallon $74.00, 5 gallon $95.00, 7 gallon $115.00)
